About Andrea
Organisation, communication and implementation are all skills that come quite naturally to Andrea after an extensive background servicing clients needs in management and retail, and since discovering a love of real estate two decades ago.
She has a plethora of qualifications that elevate her status in the real estate industry, including her Agent’s Licence, Diploma of Property Services, Property Consultant REIT and Assistant Property Manager REIT.
Currently working in the management side of the business and facilitating sales, Andrea is able to ensure that every aspect of the marketing campaign is executed with the utmost precision and attention to detail. However well run a marketing campaign may be, if there are no buyers there will be no sale. Andrea has a particular talent and interest in matching buyers to homes. She is able to quickly identify a buyer’s actual requirements, match them with the perfect property and then successfully negotiate the best result for the vendor. She has listed and sold multiple properties in and around the Hobart region.
She is a warm and friendly person who loves the work and particularly meeting people. Andrea has a very enthusiastic and dedicated attitude; she particularly understands the importance of keeping clients informed every step of the way.
While real estate takes up much of Andrea’s time, she is also happily married and the mother of two. She loves travelling, walking her dogs, scrapbooking and enjoying time with friends and family.
She has also been an integral organiser of Fall’s 2025 Charity Gala, supporting The Kids’ Cancer Project. This passion for charitable works is shown in Andrea’s ongoing support of a wide range of causes including CCFC (Choose Cruelty Free Cosmetics), the Dogs’ Home of Tasmania, WWF (World Wide Fund - for animals), and Animals Australia.
